Either you or TopBachelorettes.com may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon e-mail notification.

You may not transfer your membership to a third party nor allow any other party to gain access to TopBachelorettes.com through use of your handle (user name) and password.

As a member, you agree to abide by all rules of conduct, such as:

You are solely responsible for the content or information you post or publish on TopBachelorettes.com or otherwise cause to be transmitted to other TopBachelorettes.com members.

TopBachelorettes.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.

INDEMNITY BY MEMBER. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TopBachelorettes.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of TopBachelorettes.com, including any breach by you of the terms of this agreement.

Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. You will not transmit or cause to transmit information about other TopBachelorettes.com members, their postings, writings or other related material to any outside party without express written permission of TopBachelorettes.com or the individual member responsible for the posting, information or writing. TopBachelorettes.com will keep confidential all credit card number(s), and shall use or disclose that information for purposes in which such information was collected, or as required by law.

IN ADDITION, TopBachelorettes.com DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF OTHER MEMBERS OR USERS (INCLUDING UNAUTHORIZED USERS, OR "HACKERS") OF TopBachelorettes.com.

STATE-BY-STATE VARIATIONS. Certain jurisdictions limit the applicability of warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability so the above disclaimers of warranty and limitations of liability may not apply to you.

GENERAL PROVISIONS. This Agreement is entered into in Orange County, California. You agree that California law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the federal and state courts in Orange County, California. This agreement, accepted upon registering for the TopBachelorettes.com service, contains the entire agreement between you and TopBachelorettes.com regarding the use of the service. This agreement may only be amended upon notice by TopBachelorettes.com to you, or by a writing signed by you and an authorized official of TopBachelorettes.com. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the terms will survive termination of your membership to the service. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
